Privacy
We collect only what we need to plan your event — your contact details, event particulars, and dietary information — and we use it only to prepare your proposal and run your event. We don’t sell your information. Payment processing, if any, is handled by a third-party processor; we don’t store card numbers.
Terms
Per-guest and package prices shown are illustrative starting points for this template and vary by menu, service style, staffing, rentals, season, and date. Every event receives a written proposal after a consultation. A signed agreement and deposit reserve your date.
A signed catering agreement governs each event. A deposit reserves your date; the balance is due before the event, with a final guaranteed headcount confirmed in advance. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, service charges, gratuity, and travel fees are set out in your agreement.
Food-safety & pricing disclosures
Our kitchen and off-site service follow ServSafe and SF Health Department food-handling standards, including cold-chain, separation of allergens, and labeling at service. Certificates of insurance for venues are furnished on request.
The Long Table Co. operates under a California caterer’s permit and local health permits (CA Caterer’s Permit · SF Health Permit #PR0098421); permit and license numbers shown are illustrative for this template. A ServSafe-certified food-safety manager supervises every event.
